These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “User”) and Pearls Locker (“Company,” “We,” “Us”).

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You are the authorized cardholder or have authorization to use the payment method

3. All Sales Final

All purchases are final sale. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Exchanges are permitted only under the strict conditions outlined in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Failure to follow exchange procedures voids eligibility.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume sale periods.

Processing times may extend up to 15 business days during peak demand.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified.

Once shipped:

  • Tracking is sent via email

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking

  • Pearls Locker is not liable for carrier delays, delivery failures, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is accepted by the shipping carrier.

5. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

Pearls Locker actively monitors transactions for fraud.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders

  • Request identity verification

  • Refuse service

Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback after receiving merchandise constitutes theft of services and may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases

  • Submission of evidence to financial institutions

  • Collections action

  • Civil legal action for recovery of funds, fees, and damages

We reserve the right to recover all costs associated with wrongful disputes, including administrative fees and attorney’s fees where permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pearls Locker shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or revenue

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Errors caused by third-party carriers

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

7. Arbitration Agreement (Mandatory)

By using this website, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

You waive your right to a jury trial.

8. Class Action Waiver
