We do not accept returns on sale items, custom items, white items, unworn items and lace items. These items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. All digital products are Final Sale.
Instead, we offer exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to us via email at Info@pearlslocker.com, please allow up to 72 hours for a response & we only respond to emails on weekdays only (excluding any holidays). Kindly provide us with the order number and the reason for the exchange.
