Pearls locker is not responsible for lost, stolen or damage packages. We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are allowed and must be done within 3 days from the time the order was delivered. Any smell of fragrance or smell of smoke on the item, any damages or modification made to the item will result in a deny of an exchange. As a customer it is your full responsibility to insert a correct and valid address. Pearls locker is not responsible for any package that was shipped to a wrong/incorrect address. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
