Shipping Policy

At Pearl’s Locker, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

By placing an order with Pearl’s Locker, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–10 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, promotional sales, and peak shopping periods.

During periods of high order volume (including sales events and holidays), processing times may extend up to 15 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, verify, and package your order before shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the tracking email in your inbox.


Shipping Method

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail.

USPS Standard Mail typically delivers within 2–5business days after shipment; however, transit times are determined solely by USPS and are not guaranteed by Pearl’s Locker.


Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, please note that shipment may be delayed until the item becomes available.

Pre-order items ship according to the estimated timeframe listed in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once all items are available.


Carrier Delays

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by USPS, Pearl’s Locker is not responsible for:

  • Carrier transit delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Holiday or peak season delays

  • Service interruptions

  • Delivery rerouting

  • Missed delivery attempts

Shipping delays during holidays, promotional sales, or high-volume periods may occur and are outside of our control.


Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the exact shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

Pearl’s Locker is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer

  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

  • Returned packages due to address errors

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

Pearl’s Locker is not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages once marked as delivered by USPS.

All domestic shipments include insurance coverage through USPS.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Check with your building’s front desk, mail room, or reception

  3. Contact your local USPS office

Claims must be handled directly with USPS.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent

  • Tracking updates are provided directly by USPS

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking status

Pearl’s Locker is not responsible for packages once they are in the possession of USPS.
